About WJL HomeServices
WJL HomeServices manages rental homes across the greater Seattle area, from single-family houses and townhomes to apartments. Homes that are open for rent are published on AppFolio, so the rent, photos, availability and pet policy renters see come from the same records our leasing team maintains.
Owners get monthly statements and a portal for leases and maintenance. Residents get a portal for rent payments and repair requests, and a leasing team that answers questions about the home they live in.
The work splits in two. Before a tenant moves in we handle pricing, photography, advertising, inquiries, screening and the lease. While the home is occupied we handle rent collection, maintenance, inspections and the reporting that comes with them.

Monthly statements, leases, maintenance history and other key documents are organised in the owner portal, so owners can read the same records the team works from.
